It sometimes disappears spontaneously, sometimes requires restarting Outlook, sometimes restarting computer “Cannot display the folder. Microsoft Outlook cannot access the specified folder location. You don’t have appropriate permission to perform this operation. The use of a pst over a LAN location is not supported, likewise a pst located on an exteral usb can give rise to issues.

I have run scanpst to clean up files, compacted them also, only have one add-in – Kaspersky anti-virus — and tried turning it off, doesn’t seem to make a difference. The set of folders cannot be opened.
